How to make money selling photos on eBay, part 5, end

Submitted by admin on Friday, 19 December 2008No Comment

So let’s say you’ve built up your feedback to 20+. Then I would be
running regular auctions and work on automating the listings.

Quick tip: An easy way to build your feedback fast on eBay is by
buying low cost ebooks that interest you. Because they’re a digital
‘information product’ download you can ask for feedback from the
seller when you use Paypal to purchase, or send an email through
eBay. I usually write something like this:
Hi, thanks so much for your ebook. I really appreciate it. I was just wondering
if you would be kind enough to leave me feedback, and I will do the same for
you. Thank you kindly. Your friend.

Make sure to emphasize that your listing will only run for a limitedcafepress
time (ie. 10 days) for people to bid on your print… Generally
speaking if you make something limited you’ll sell more.
Also try to go with a unique angle or story. People love stories, and
success stories, etc. Also you could try the controversy angle and
get a bit outrageous or different.

For example you could post on forums that one of your best photo
prints is available on eBay for a limited time at a special price, and
that it’s just been ordered by the a well known celebrity. (Sure you
can think of something better though).
