Well, if you’re a ninja operating from the shadows who doesn’t give a penny about copyright laws, you can use this technique to make some quick money.

Warning: This may not be as easy as it sounds!

So you’ve found a good advertiser (let’s say in the dating niche) and you’re depressed because you have to pay about 8 dollars to be on the first page for good Keywords, but you wanna make money.

You watch Star Wars 3 times in a row and finally feel the Force, which tells you “bid on branded keywords”. You think “I can’t, cause the advertiser won’t allow me to bid on their KW’s”.

The solution: Bid on other brands!

To build a nice list of branded keywords, you can do the following:

Go to Google, search for “best dating sites”. You’ll find 10 or more lists of the best dating sites. You can stop here, but if you’re not lazy, do the following:

Go to alexa.com and enter each domain into the Search bar (ex. Match.com). What you see is info about the site which is of little value to you. Now click on “Related Links” in the right toolbar. You’ll see a list of sites that are popular among the readers of Match.com. They are likely to click your search ads as well.

Copy these into your keyword list, then go to Google Adwords KW Tool and check for related kw’s which include the branded KW. Also, add variations of the domain name to your list (ex. PerfectMatch, PerfectMatch.com, MatchPerfect, Perfect Match.com, etc.).

Now you’re ready to roll. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to create ads on AdWords, because they protect Trademarks & Brands.

But no worries, as there are 2 big secret ninja organisations named Microsoft AdCenter and Yahoo Search Marketing, which don’t give a damn about other brands.

You can easily create your ads there AND you can use any domain name you want (like BestDating.com, which surely isn’t yours). If your ad writing skills are good enough, you can direct link to the advertiser.
